About these terms
These terms apply to your use of compoundgrowth.au (“the site”), operated by Benjamin Myatt-Bocarro (ABN 52 957 535 338), trading as Compound Growth (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over anything on the site.
Information, not advice
The site, including the thesis, playbooks, guides and 90-day plan examples, is general information about marketing. It is not tailored advice for your business, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice. Before acting on it, consider your own circumstances and get advice where you need it.
Calculators and resources
The calculators produce estimates from the numbers you enter, using the formulas shown on each page. Starting values are worked examples, not benchmarks. The results are only as good as the inputs and should not be relied on as a forecast or guarantee.
Figures we cite from third parties (for example salary or rate surveys) are attributed to their sources and may change after publication.
Prices and services
Prices on the site are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. They describe our standard offers and are a guide only. A price becomes binding only when it is confirmed in a written proposal or agreement. We may change our services and prices at any time; changes do not affect work already agreed in writing.
Ad spend, software subscriptions and production costs are not included in our fees unless an agreement says otherwise.
Results and case studies
Case studies and results describe what happened for specific clients, with their approval. Every business is different, and past results do not guarantee similar results for you.
Intellectual property
We own, or have permission to use, the content on the site, including text, design, images, calculators and our logo. You may view and share pages, and quote short extracts with a link back to the source. You may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the site, or present our content as your own, without our written permission.
Client names, logos and website screenshots belong to the clients concerned and appear with their permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not use the site to break the law, send spam or malicious code, interfere with how the site works, or submit false or misleading information through our forms. You may read the site with automated tools, including AI assistants and search engines, provided you respect our robots.txt file and do not overload the site.
Third-party links
The site links to other websites and services, including ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity through the “Summarise this site” buttons. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Subject to that, we provide the site “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be complete, current or free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its tools.

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
